Keith Haynes engaged in several intersecting projects: synthesizing acceptor molecules, fabricating various metal oxide films, electrochemically probing electron hopping potentials on acceptor molecules anchored to metal oxide films, and fabricating hybrid solar cells using metal oxide films and acceptor molecules made in our lab. His work resulted in two first-author papers in the journal ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces as well as multiple co-authored papers in various journals. Keith defended his PhD in Spring 2015 and is now working as a post-doctoral fellow at St. Louis University.
