Chemistry faculty member Dr. Andrés Cisneros was selected as a STEM Research Exemplar by the Research Exemplar Project. Dr. Cisneros is one of twenty-four recipients of this award seeking to recognize individuals who conduct high-impact research and excel in leadership with their research team. The Project seeks to identify the practices that exemplars use to lead and manage their research labs with professionalism and integrity. Dr. Cisneros will receive an engraved award and will be featured on the P.I. Program website this summer.

Dr. Cisneros and his research team joined the UNT Chemistry Department in 2016, and have added to the research excellence community from the start. Congratulations, Dr. Cisneros!
