Dr. Guido Verbeck and students featured on local NPR station

Dr. Guido Verbeck, UNT Chemistry faculty, graduate student Ethan McBride (pictured), and the mobile mass spectrometer, were featured on KERA radio in an exclusive interview. On June 8th, Dr. Verbeck and Ethan spoke with journalists from KERA and the THINK program studios to discuss the mass spec car, meth labs, and how technology is changing police surveillance.

The KERA broadcast of the mass spec car was picked up and broadcasted by Texas Standard, a state-wide public radio program, and will soon be aired on WBUR/Boston public radio program "Here and Now".
