Earlier this month, fifteen COS students had an exciting opportunity to tour Goodier Labs, a leading company in the cosmetic and personal care industry.
Earlier this month, fifteen COS students had an exciting career readiness opportunity to tour Goodier Labs, a leading company in the cosmetic and personal care industry. Known for its innovative approach to product development, Goodier Labs focuses on creating cutting-edge formulations.
During their visit, the students met key members of Goodier's Research and Development
team, who shared their expertise and insights into the industry. They received a comprehensive
tour of the company's packaging and processing facilities and learned about the history
of the company. This behind-the-scenes glimpse allowed them to see firsthand how products
are created, from initial concept to final packaging.
In addition to the facility tour, the students met the president of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and learned more about the society and how to get involved. A highlight of the day was when the students had the opportunity to create their own moisturizer. This hands-on experience sparked excitement about potential careers in the industry. Overall, the tour provided invaluable insights into both Goodier Labs and the broader cosmetic field.
