The Department of Chemistry at UNT invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in biologically relevant Synthetic Organic Chemistry. An appointment at the Assistant Professor level is expected; however, candidates at higher ranks may be considered.

The new faculty member is expected to interface with and/or contribute to a growing emphasis on chemical biology within the Chemistry Department. The position will have a joint appointment in the BioDiscovery Institute (http://bdi.unt.edu), an interdisciplinary center of excellence at UNT focused on fundamental research in biobased products and materials.
