Francis D'Souza, professor of chemistry, has been named a 2013 Distinguished Research Professor. The purpose of this prestigious award is to recognize tenured faculty at the rank of professor who have achieved a truly exceptional record of creative activities or research productivity and who demonstrate a record of continued extraordinary productivity. Dr. D'Souza will receive the 2013-2014 Distinguished Research designation at the Salute to Faculty Excellence Awards Dinner and Ceremony, September 27, 2013 at Apogee Stadium.
