Congratulations to Courtney Coper, a Chemistry graduate student working with Dr. Wang,
has recently one a prestigious ACS Bridge Travel and Professional Development Award.
According to the award website, the "goal of this award is to advance the career and professional development of
graduate students" and "is open to students who are pursuing a graduate degree in
the chemical sciences and are from groups traditionally underrepresented in the Chemical
Sciences." Courtney plans to use the travel funds to cover travel costs to attend
the full ACS Fall 2022 National Meeting and several Fall 2022 national meeting workshops.
