"The next event was in 1724 when Vicar Colliander in Färila [35 km east] hired the old soldier Michel Michelsson Loosberg to study the ore. The pastor sent the samples and asked a prospecting license in the area, he discovered that Rosenmüller already had done this. Nothing more was heard, however, from Rosenmüller. They also found bismuth in the submitted samples. In 1727 Colliander died and others waived the right to mine the bismuth."
