Dr. Kelber received his B.S. from the California Institute of Technology in 1975 and his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1979. After 11 years at Sandia National Laboratories, Dr. Kelber joined the UNT faculty in 1990. Dr. Kelber is a three-time recipient of the Semiconductor research Corporation Inventor-recognition award, has won the Doughtery Award from the DFW section of the ACS, and has received the Decker Scholar and Toulouse Scholar Awards from UNT. Dr. Kelber is the Founding Director of the UNT-SRC Center for Electronic Materials Processing and Integration (CEMPI).
