Congratulations to Dr. Andres Cisneros for receiving a 2-year Diversity Supplement to his NIH National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) grant for the support of one of his graduate students/research assistants, Mr. Emmett Leddin.

According to the website, the "Diversity Supplements Program (DSP) is designed to facilitate the recruitment and training of promising scientists from diverse backgrounds (e.g., individuals from groups underrepresented in the biomedical research workforce)."
